Business Resource Groups (BRGs) are a part of NCR's Diversity
policy.
Business Resource Groups encourage associates to enhance their
leadership and professional skills through educational and cultural
opportunities within the company and/or the community. These globally-chartered
organizations are supported by NCR Leadership Team (LT) mentors
and provide a number of other benefits to the business including:
- Assistance with recruiting and retaining diverse employees
- A source of committed, engaged associates
- Representing NCR as an involved community citizen
- Assistance with language and cultural support for customers,
business partners and other associates
