We use NCR Shared Values to direct our behavior, guide our decisions, and achieve our business objectives.
INTEGRITY: Highest Standards of Integrity We must act ethically and with courage, fairness and honesty in all our business dealings. We must keep our commitments, admit our mistakes and learn from our experiences. We are accountable for what we achieve and how we achieve it. We know our reputation is directly affected by the conduct of each and every employee and we strive to ensure the NCR name remains worthy of trust.
